“I want to take a moment to share with you the exceptional service we experienced from four of your employees (Matt Howard, Van Miller, Logan Wheeler and Trey Robinson). On Saturday, July 10, 2021  they were here in Farmington Hills, MI to reconnect a fallen power line to a pole in our yard.  While we were talking about whether or not it was all right to bring the vehicle on the lawn,  my son’s tricycle broke.  The team without giving it a second thought, fixed the tricycle (as my two year old had just got the tricycle gifted to him that day as a birthday present).  The kindness they displayed really touched my heart, and in addition their thoroughness, professionalism and efficiency was extraordinary. I feel their actions were beyond “good customer service” and needed to be acknowledged.
