“It is with great sadness that I announce that Keith Sheppard, our President, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly this morning at his home in Franklin, Georgia.
Our SERVICE ELECTRIC Company family mourns as we grieve the loss of Keith. He and I have known each other for over 30 years. I’ve had the privilege of watching Keith become a leader, watched him grow as a father, a husband, and even a grandfather. He was more than just a friend to me, he was family. I know the rest of the SEC family feels the same way. He will be deeply missed by more people than I can imagine.
Please join me in praying for his family. As CEO, I will be assuming Keith’s role in the interim. To all the SEC Family, thank you for your strength, courage, and support as we move forward carrying on Keith’s legacy.

Since leaving the Special Ops Community in 2002 I have not had anyone like Keith and Jody that brought out such pride as as an employee of the SERVICE ELECTRIC Company and knowing such great individuals. Keith will be missed with both my wife Mindy and myself.
